She studied poetry with Jeanne Marie Beaumont, David Yezzi and Glen Maxwell at the 92 Street Y; with Erica Wright at New York University; and with Marie Howe and Marie Ponsot at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
