Bill Lobchuk earned a Diploma of Art at the University of Manitoba, in 1966. Two years later, in 1968-69, he opened the Grand Western Canadian Screen Shop in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In 1973-74, he was Professor, School of Art, Printmaking, University of Manitoba. From 1972 to 1975, Lobchuk was President of Canadian Artist’s Representation (CAR|FAC), Manitoba.
